Common questions
How do I restore a purchase?
In any Kealtra app with in-app purchases, open the in-app store and tap "Restore Purchases." Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so any purchase made on one device will restore on another signed into the same account.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the purchase. If you'd like us to advocate on your behalf or you believe a charge was made in error, email us at the address above.
I found a bug.
