Kealtra LLC ("Kealtra," "we," "us") publishes games and software for Apple platforms. This policy explains how our website and our apps handle information. The short version: we do not collect personal data.
Information we collect
Our apps and this website do not collect personally identifiable information about you. Specifically:
- We do not require you to create an account.
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information.
- We do not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking pixels in our apps or on this site.
- We do not sell, rent, or share data with third parties, because we don't have any to share.
Data stored on your device
Our apps may store game progress, settings, and preferences locally on your device. This data stays on your device and, where you have enabled it, may be backed up by Apple through iCloud under your own Apple ID — Kealtra does not have access to it.
Purchases
In-app purchases and App Store transactions are handled entirely by Apple. Apple provides us with anonymized sales reports; we do not receive your name, email, payment information, or Apple ID. Apple's privacy policy applies to those transactions and is available at apple.com/legal/privacy.
Email correspondence
If you choose to email our support address, we will receive the email address you send from and the contents of your message. We use that information solely to respond to your request. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not share your email with anyone.
Children's privacy
Our apps are suitable for general audiences and do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Because we collect no personal information at all, our apps comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Your rights
Because we don't collect personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. If you have questions about your rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, email us at the address below.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change our practices — for example, if a future app needs to collect data to function — we will update this policy and update the "Effective" date above. Material changes will also be highlighted in the relevant app's release notes.
